BVI (British Virgin Islands) Company can be incorporated within ten (10) working days.
Registered office requirements
The company’s registered office must be in the BVI.
Structure of the Company
The company requires a minimum of one director and one shareholder. BVI (British Virgin Islands) Company’s shareholders and directors may be of any nationality and residents of any country. The same person can be both the shareholder and director. Directors and shareholders may be natural physical persons or corporate entities.
Authorized capital
For BVI Company the common or standard authorized capital used is USD 50,000.00. There is no statutory requirement for capital to be fully or partly paid on incorporation.
Taxation
BVI (British Virgin Islands) Companies are exempt from all taxes on income derived outside of BVI.
Annual renewal
Annual renewal fees (Government Fees, Registered Office fees, and if required, Nominee Service fees) are paid annually on the anniversary of BVI (British Virgin Islands) Company incorporation and every anniversary thereafter. We will provide the following service:
