Registered office requirements
The company’s registered office must be in Hong Kong.
Structure of the Company
The company requires a minimum of one director and one shareholder. Hong Kong Company’s shareholders and directors may be of any nationality and residents of any country. The same person can be both the shareholder and director. Directors and shareholders may be natural physical persons or corporate entities. The company requires a minimum of one secretary who may be natural physical persons or corporate entity and must be a resident of Hong Kong.
Authorized capital
For Hong Kong Company the common or standard authorized capital used is HKD 10,000.00.
Taxation
Hong Kong Non-Resident Companies are exempt from all taxes on income derived outside of the Hong Kong.
Annual renewal
Annual renewal fees (Government Fees, Registered Office fees, Resident Secretary and if required, Nominee Service fees) are paid annually on the anniversary of the Hong Kong Company incorporation and every anniversary thereafter. We will provide the following service:
