A Seychelles International Business Company (IBC) can be incorporated within five (5) working days.
Registered office requirements
The company’s registered office must be in the Seychelles.
Structure of the Company
The company requires a minimum of one director and one shareholder. Seychelles IBC’s shareholders and directors may be of any nationality and residents of any country. The same person can be both the shareholder and director. Directors and shareholders may be natural physical persons or corporate entities.
Authorized capital
For Seychelles IBC the common or standard authorized capital used is USD 5,000.00 (up to 100,000.00 USD at no extra charge). The fees are fixed for the lifetime of the company despite of any changes which may occur in future regulations for new companies.
Taxation
Seychelles International Business companies are exempt from all taxes on income derived outside of the Seychelles.
Annual renewal
Annual renewal fees (Government Fees, Registered Office fees, and if required, Nominee Service fees) are paid annually on the anniversary of the Seychelles corporation incorporation and every anniversary thereafter. We will provide the following service:
