Terms
A UK Ltd (Private Limited Company) or LPP can be incorporated within fifteen (15) working days.
Registered office requirements
The company’s registered office must be in the UK.
Structure of the Company
The company requires a minimum of one director and one shareholder. UK Ltd and LPP shareholders and directors (partners in case of LPP) may be of any nationality and residents of any country. The same person can be both the shareholder and director. Directors and shareholders may be natural physical persons or corporate entities.
Authorized capital
For UK Private Limited Companies (Ltd and LPP) there are no minimum or maximum limits of authorized capital. The common or standard authorized capital we set is £100 or £1000.
Taxation
UK companies are exempt from all taxes on income if the shareholder of the company is non UK resident.
Annual renewal
Annual renewal fees (Government Fees, Registered Office fees, and if required, Nominee Service fees) are paid annually on the anniversary of the UK company incorporation and every anniversary thereafter.
